1. Appointments & Booking Policy We aim to make booking as easy as possible. No upfront deposit is required to secure your appointment. However, by booking with Sorellina Clinic, you agree to adhere to our cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that circumstances change. However, to respect the time of our clinicians and other clients, we enforce the following policy:

Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellation Fee: Where this notice has not been provided, or if you fail to show for your appointment, you will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee.
3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are significantly late, we may not be able to complete your treatment. In this event, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.
4. Medical Suitability & Age Restrictions

Age Limit: We strictly do not treat anyone under the age of 18. You may be asked to provide ID.

Medical Disclosure: You must provide an accurate medical history during your consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe for you based on the information provided.
5. Refunds

Services: Due to the nature of aesthetic and clinical treatments, we cannot offer refunds on services already performed.

Products: Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
