SORELLINA CLINIC LTD Subscription Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription services provided by SORELLINA CLINIC LTD ("Sorellina Clinic", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 12684078. By subscribing to our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Services
1.1 Sorellina Clinic offers subscription-based services that allow Clients to receive treatments at the clinic on a monthly basis. The details of the available subscription plans, including services provided and payment amounts, are available on our website and in the clinic.
1.2 Subscriptions are personal to the Client and non-transferable. They may be purchased as gifts; however, the recipient will be the sole beneficiary of the subscription and subject to these Terms.
2. Subscription Payments
2.1 Clients agree to pay the subscription fee as outlined during the registration process. Payments are due on the date indicated in the subscription agreement (e.g., the same day each month).
2.2 Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided by the Client at the time of sign-up. Clients must ensure that their payment details are up-to-date and correct.
2.3 If a Client fails to make payment on the due date, Sorellina Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription, with services being withheld until full payment is made.
2.4 In the event of non-payment, the Client will still be responsible for any amounts owed for the period in which services were provided.
3. Cancellation and Termination
3.1 Subscriptions are a monthly agreement that renew automatically unless cancelled by the Client. Clients can cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to Support@sorellinaclinic.com or contacting us via phone at 020 8137 7177.
3.2 Cancellation of the subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period. If the Client has already made a payment for the month, they will continue to receive the service until the end of that period.
3.3 Sorellina Clinic may, at its discretion, terminate a subscription if a Client repeatedly fails to make timely payments, abuses the service, or violates these Terms.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds will not be issued for any unused services during the subscription period. Once a payment has been made for a given month, the Client will be entitled to receive the services for that month.
4.2 In the event that Sorellina Clinic is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, clinic closures), we will offer Clients a choice between pausing the subscription or offering a credit towards future services.
5. Changes to Services and Fees
5.1 Sorellina Clinic reserves the right to modify the services offered under any subscription plan or the applicable fees. Any changes to services or fees will be communicated to the Client in advance, and the Client will have the option to cancel their subscription before the changes take effect.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, Sorellina Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the subscription service.
6.2 Sorellina Clinic's total liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services under the subscription shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Sorellina Clinic is committed to protecting your personal data. We will process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website, and in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from the subscription services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
